We maintain negative and positive pressure in production rooms and hallways to prevent cross-contamination.
Our facility is equipped with roof-top HVAC systems to control temperature and humidity levels.
Each production room is connected to a centralized dust collector system, eliminating process dust and reducing the potential for product cross-contamination.

Furthermore, we strictly adhere to US-FDA’s current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)—21 CFR 111—and comply with regulations from both government and regulatory agencies. Our quality assurance department conducts regular checks to maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, pest control, water quality, and environmental conditions, ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

How We Maintain Purity, Safety, and Efficacy in Our Manufacturing Processes

Raw Materials
All materials are tested for identity, purity, strength, and composition to meet predetermined requirements.

We maintain a vendor qualification program to ensure we source the highest-quality ingredients for our products.

We ensure all botanical and herbal powders are heat- or steam-sterilized, ETO-free, and non-irradiated.
Lot Number Control
We assign lot numbers to all ingredients and batches for easy identification and traceability.

Each lot of received raw materials or product batch is sampled and stored appropriately for at least four years.
Finished Products
All finished products are inspected and tested for identity, purity, strength, and composition before being released to our clients.

We perform complete microbial and heavy metals analyses to ensure finished products maintain the highest quality and are free of any harmful contaminants.

We report our testing results in a comprehensive certificate of analysis with every batch we produce.

Our Quality Control Lab

Our quality control analytical lab is instrumental in ensuring that all received raw materials and product batches meet established specifications through rigorous testing procedures. This commitment to quality control enables us to manufacture safe and pure nutraceutical supplements and vitamins.

All incoming raw materials are tested for identification by using FR-IR. Potency is tested by using UV-Vis and/or HPLC before releasing for production.
All in-process batches are tested for identification, weight variation, hardness, thickness, and disintegration.
All finished products are tested for the above physical parameters again alongside other analyses, such as assay, microbial, and heavy metals before releasing for shipping.
We leverage advanced instruments for analysis, including:
- Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer (FTIR)
